ORDERING


How do I know my order's gone through? You will receive an order confirmation email to your nominated email address once the order have been successfully placed. Please remember to check that the confirmation email hasn't been delivered to your junk/spam.

My address is wrong, can I update this? Please email us at hello@subjec.co asap! Our team will try to intercept your order before it leaves.

Product is out of stock, when will it be available again? The best way to be alerted when our product is restocked is to enter your email address on the product page. You will be emailed as soon as it's restocked.

 

SCHOOL AND ECE BULK ORDER DISCOUNT

We provide a 15% discount, if you purchase 5 or more units for a School or ECE provider. Please email: hello@subjec.co and we can create an invoice for you.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once order is fulfilled and picked up by NZ Post and Parcelwings, an emailed shipping confirmation with tracking will be generated. 

We can deliver to PO Boxes if required.

Orders will only be processed between Monday to Friday. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not ship in the weekends or public holidays.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct, we will not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

Shipping cost is a flat rate of $8 North Island and South Island $9. All couriers are tracked. Rural surcharge is an extra $5. We use standard delivery - no signature required, this means the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place and you don't need to be home to receive the delivery. 

Estimated delivery:

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days, rural addresses might take 1-2 days longer. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

To initiate a return please email hello@subjec.co and include your order number in the email.

We will not accept change of mind returns or misunderstanding of the product.

You must contact us within 7 days of your purchase if your item has major cosmetic damage or has any defects in an unused condition with photos of the damage, so we can inspect the product. The customer will be liable for the shipping cost of returning the product to us.

Courier damage claims are within 3 days of receipt of goods. We will require photos of the damage packaging and product. Please keep ALL damaged items and the packaging as the couriers may need to recollect them for the claim.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns outside of the above time frames will not be accepted.

 

AFTERPAY

Yes, we do you afterpay for New Zealand customers. This means you can receive your online order now and spread the payment out. All you need to shop is a Afterpay account.
